Origin: East Coast, USA
Taste: Initially briny, you will often notice a light creamy/butter flavor of different intensities and then a sweetness.
Texture: Plump and springy.
Oyster of the Week on the other hand, as the name says, changes every week. That means that every week we have a different kind of oyster you can try and taste. Yes, depending on where the oyster is farmed it will determine the taste, the texture, and the size of the oyster.
