Welcome to the Sea World LLC DBA Alan’s Market Web Site (the ‘Site’).   We invite you to review the following terms and conditions that govern your use of and purchase of products from our Site. You also can’t make modifications to the materials and all copyrights and other proprietary notices contained in the materials are retained, without the prior written permission of Sea World LLC., and/or the appropriate licensor. You may not, without Sea World LLC.’s express written permission, ‘mirror’ any material contained on this Site or any server that stores this Site data. Any permission granted herein terminates automatically without further notice if you breach any of the above terms. Upon such termination, you agree to immediately destroy any downloaded and/or printed materials. TRADEMARKS

‘Sea World LLC.’ is a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. The trademarks: ‘Resort Bay’, ‘La Buena Pesca’, ‘Ganador’,  and ‘La Buena Cosecha’ are all the sole property of Sea World LLC. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names contained in the Site, unless expressly stated, are the properties of their respective owners. Sea World LLC. disclaims any proprietary interest in trademarks, service marks and trade names other than their own. No use of these marks may be made without the prior written authorization of Sea World LLC., except as necessary to accurately identify the products or services of Sea World LLC.

USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, POSTCARDS AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

All user comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, images, photographs, video clips, audio clips, graphics, tags, data, materials, information and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to Sea World LLC. or included with any hashtags provided by Sea World LLC., on or by this Site or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with your use of this Site (collectively, ‘User Content’) shall be and remain Sea World LLC’s property. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Most Sea World LLC., products displayed at the Site are available in select Sea World LLC. stores while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale at the Site may not be available in Sea World LLC. stores. The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.

COLORS

We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor or screen, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or Sea World LLC., you must promptly destroy all materials, downloaded or otherwise, obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
