The weekend is looking bright! Why don’t we welcome the warm weather with some spicy Lobster Rolls? If you like spicy food and you like Lobster, you will definitely like Lee Kum Kee’s Lobster Rolls recipe. LKK takes on spin on the classic Lobster Rolls and add some spice to it with their Sriracha Mayo. YUM!

Lobster Rolls
Difficulty: 2/5 | Serves:4 | Preparation Time: 10 min. | Cooking Time: 5 min.
Ingredients
- 3 cups chopped, steamed lobster
- 4 French rolls
- 4 romaine lettuce leaves
- green onion, for garnish
- lemon wedges, for serving
Sauce Mix
- ¼ cup and 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- ½ cup Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo
How to make it
- Add the lobster, 2 Tbsp. of melted butter, and Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Mayo to a bowl. Mix until combined.
- Split the French rolls open ¾ of the way. Brush the remaining melted butter onto the insides of the rolls. Heat a pan over medium heat. Place the rolls cut side down onto the pan to toast the inside. Remove the rolls from the pan when they are golden and toasted.
- Add a romaine lettuce leaf to each roll and fill with the lobster meat.
- Garnish with chopped green onion and serve with lemon wedges. Enjoy!
Alan’s recommendation: Don’t use regular butter! Use are Sabatino’s Truffle Butter, you will thank us latter 😉
